Management Process/ Organogram

Management is considered a process because it involves a series of interrelated functions. The management process includes planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling functions. Several management processes has been discussed in the consultation for enhancing knowledge of the Trustees and the Core staff members.


MANAGEMENT AS INTEGRATED PROCESS

Management process brings together human, physical and financial resources. Management process also integrates human efforts so as to maintain harmony among them. Management process is a process of planning and controlling the performance or execution of any type of activity, such as: a project management

Several management processes has been discussed in the consultation for enhancing knowledge of the Trustees and the Core staff members.

Goals

Finally at the end of the document, we have set our goals for the coming 5 years and jot down specifically. The table below brings together the goals on TRCSC intends to achieve under each of the focus areas and issues that TRCSC will continue to address over the next 5 years for the wellbeing of its target families/communities.

  6. Improve nutritional status of 2000 children and adolescents by 2017
  7. Inform all the social security schemes to all target area people
2 Education and Training
  1. Ensuring universal enrolment and better retention of children at school
  2. Continuing education and functional literacy of adolescent
  3. Providing opportunities to youth for vocational training and apprenticeships.

  1. Ensure all children go to school for primary education in the target area by 2017
  2. All school management committees will be fully functioning by 2017
  3. All adolescent specially girl child and women will be comes under functional literacy by 2017
  4. Skill education to 1000 adolescents/ youths by 2017
  5. Organize capacity building training of 100 local leaders by 2017
  6. Form and promote 600 CBOs and 5 Federations by 2017
3 Creating group based and managed revolving funds and generating increased employment opportunities through micro enterprises development using appropriate technology.
  1. Developing saving and investment habits and facilitating cluster based bank linkages
  2. Providing skill training and management training to diversify production and create employability, capacity for self employments generation.
  3. Processing Agriculture and agro forestry products and create jobs especially during lean periods.

4 Health & Sanitation
Promotive health care
Indigenous health system(Herbal)

5 Strengthening Gram Sabha and Panchayati Raj Institution
  1. Capacity building of elected PRI and Gram Sabha members
  2. # Facilitating Gram Sabha and PRI members on ensuring food and social security schemes.

  1. 50 elected PRI member and 100 Gram Sabha member will be trained on PESA by 2017
  2. Organize Voters awareness campaign in 100 villages during coming Gram Panchayet election
  3. 50 Members capacitated on social audit process
  4. Awareness building on social security schemes in the community

Systems and Procedures

Various systems and procedures will be adopted at TRCSC level for better implementation of programs and to make linage with the Donors and well wishes for the benefit of its client groups. The system and procedure are clearly laid on its various policies i.e. (i) Accounts Policy; (ii) HR Policy: (iii) Child Protection policy; (iv) Gender policy; (v) IT Policy etc. Each one linked with TRCSC will be abide by all those policies in case of any conflict arise. In case any court case, all judicial decisions will be taken at Jamshedpur Court itself.


Approval of the Board of Trustees

Any major and policy decision of TRCSC has to be finalized in the 'Board of Trustee' meeting in a regular interval (Quarterly) or in any emergency meeting if required based on unanimous decision or majority decision as per the TRCSC Trust rule.


Conclusion

The strategic plan has been prepared after series of consultations with TRCSC Advisory Committee members, Trustee members, Strategic planning work in participation of external consultants, consultations with all the staff members, women SHG Leaders, Community Leaders and the Children and adolescent to consider the views of all concerned to make it a dynamic one.

In spite of our best effort, on behalf of TRCSC, we are always open minded for revision of it, if any changes extremely required in the future with the pace of the time and changing reality.
